Folks, it has hit home. We are not having grand rounds in person this week. It will be a week to week analysis going forward, and you will be made aware as we have more information.
For this week, we will be doing some asynchronous grand rounds via our friends at ALiEM and ACEP. ACEP is generously allowing us free access to their lecture library from world renown lecturers (Thank you Dr. Schmitz).
Please go to ALiEMU.com, login and complete the Ortho Upper Extremity and Lower Extremity modules. Please state Dr. Chris Belcher as your coach for the modules. Please use his military email (search your own email to find it).
Also, please go to http://ecme.acep.org/diweb/home and watch “Cruising the Literature, Trauma 2018”, “Traumocology” and “Dysrhythmias and Syncope” and complete the quiz. Instructions:
To access the courses go to http://ecme.acep.org/diweb/start and click Sign In.
1 ) Use your ACEP.org credentials to sign in to the system.
2) You should see a navigation bar that includes Welcome, Catalog, State Requirements, My Courses, My Institute, My CME Tracker.
– If you do not see the tabs, click Catalog and it should reload.
3) Click My Institute
4) Select the course you would like to begin
